Each workshop is a six hour intensive workshop. The cost of each workshop is up to $125.00. All workshops begin promptly on time. Payment must be received in check or money order by U.S. Mail within two weeks of the day you register. If not received, your spot will be cancelled and filled by another participant. At this time, no credit cards are accepted. All participants must be 16 years old or older. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign in the under age participant. Participants agree to pay for any seat(s) that they reserve without sending a written cancellation notice 72 hours prior to the reserved workshop. Most exercises are non-scripted. On occasion, adult language, dialogue or situations may arise. Therefore, this workshop carries a rating of "PG-13". Each workshop may be filmed and/or photographed. This is sometimes done so that the participants may see their growth and development. By signing in, each participant and/or guardian grants explicit consent to be filmed. All participants give consent to The ATTAIN Acting Workshop/Karl Rose to use their image(s) and/or footage for any future promotional purpose. Additionally, participants agree not to use any footage or photograph(s) of any other participant(s) through any public forum and/or social media without first obtaining written consent from all other participants featured. In conclusion, by signing into the workshop, said participant agrees that they are doing so of their own free will. Inasmuch, each participant agrees to hold harmless, Karl Rose, The ATTAIN Acting Workshop, all staff and the event venue from any and all loss or damage.
